Investing in startups is high risk, including total loss. Ownership figures shown are estimates until the startup confirms.
Each organization is responsible for the accuracy of the data it publishes, including valuation, documents and payment details.
Paid plans are billed according to the chosen cycle. Non-payment may pause features without deleting data.
Using the platform for fraud, money laundering or irregular public offerings of securities is prohibited.
These terms may be updated; new versions will require new acceptance when needed.
